The process of manufacturing these pipes and tubes begins with the procurement of strictly tested (through chemical analysis as well as physical and mechanical inspection) material from leading producers such as Jindal, Pasco etc. The coils are slit to the size of development of the tube and then rolled and fig welded. Further operations involve annealing. straightening, buffing or polishing and drawing to size as per customer requirement. These tubes are then subjected to various processes like annealing. pickling, passivation, hydro testing, polishing, inspection and marking before being packed and dispatched to the clients.

  MECHANICAL TESTING

We regularly carry out Flanging, Flaring. Flattening, Hardness, Reverse bend and Tensile testing according to ASTM standards

  HYDRO TEST

As per ASTM A 450 & 530.100% hyrdo testing is carried out on a hydraulic test bench using a high-pressure pump on all pipes and tubes

  AIR UNDER WATER TEST/PNEUMATIC TEST

Despite this being a supplementary test. the company makes sure to test all the tubes coming out of the unit, under compressed air, to determine leakages and ensure that there are no incomplete weld penetrations

  EDDY-CURRENT TESTING

This test. used to detect sub surface defects etc., is carried out by using the Techno Four Flaw marking detective system on the entire length of the tubes as per the E426 with hole or notch standard

  MICRO STRUCTURE EXAMINATION/ANALYZER SOFTWARE

To measure ferrite content, we have a microscope that checks the grain structure of the pipes and tubes after the annealing process. This microscope is attached to an analyzer software, which automatically indicates the grain structure without manual intervention. This micro structure examination is carried out as per ASTM E-112

  CORROSION TESTING

To measure the rate of corrosion or check the susceptibility of the material to inter-granular corrosion attacks, the IGC test, as per A 262 practice A B C or E, is conducted in our in-house laboratory

  CHEMICAL LABORATORY

We have our own state-of-the-art, internal laboratory for daily pickling. passivation. coating & soaping bath analysis and to check the chloride content in water

  RADIOGRAPHY TESTING

You can avail of our radiography testing facility that comprises of several X-ray units

  ULTRASONIC TESTING

Off-line ultrasonic testing can be conducted at our facility which consists of a four-probe water emulsion system attached to a microprocessor unit, to detect special process flow. The system is capable of marking the defect by spraying

  HARDNESS TESTER

To check the surface hardness of the material, we use a Rockwell Brinnel Scale on the 30T scale. This hardness test is carried out as per ASTM A 370
